Last weekend, we were part of the Culture Shifting Summit in Silicon Valley sponsored by UBS, BILL, SVB and Aura. The annual summit is a large gathering of diverse and Black leaders in tech, innovation and social impact who meet to narrow the inequality gap in entrepreneurship, on corporate boards, in venture capital, in tech and in the c-suite. Our founder and CEO Sharon Obuobi presented the innovative work we've been developing at Alt/Finance (formerly Oarbt) and we won the general pitch competition.
The Culture Shifting Summit is an annual invite-only series that takes place in Silicon Valley, New York, Miami and London. These Summits unite 200-350 accomplished diverse tech executives, entrepreneurs, investors, innovators and social impact leaders in order to enable deals, collaborations and wealth creation (our mission). The Summit have enabled over $1.6B in deals for entrepreneurs, executives, fund managers and non-profit leaders that attend.
