Gooding Christie’s has published the full catalogue for its inaugural Paris sale, held during Rétromobile, with more than 80 vehicle lots. Ferrari features heavily across both vintage and modern models, including a 1984 Ferrari 288 GTO, a 2018 Ferrari FXX K Evo, a 2008 Ferrari FXX Evo, a 2021 Monza SP1, a 2013 Ferrari 458 GTE, and a 1963 Ferrari 250 GT Lusso. These join a lineup announced earlier for the sale, led by a 1960 Ferrari 250 GT SWB Berlinetta and a 1958 Ferrari 250 GT LWB California Spider.
Leading the group is a 1984 Ferrari 288 GTO, estimated at €6,000,000 to €7,000,000. Powered by a tipo F114B twin-turbocharged 2.8-liter V-8, it is one of just 272 examples built. Offered from more than 30 years of single-family ownership, the car has had only two owners from new and showed just over 1,500 km at the time of cataloguing. It is accompanied by a Ferrari Classiche Red Book.
A pair of cars from Ferrari’s XX Programme is offered without reserve. The 2018 Ferrari FXX K Evo, estimated at €5,500,000 to €6,500,000, is a track-only hypercar built for a select group of clients, pairing a naturally aspirated V-12 with electric torque enhancement. One of roughly 40 FXX K models built, this single-owner example produces more than 1,000 hp, is finished in Nero over Nero Alcantara, and shows less than 100 km, having been driven only by Ferrari technicians from new. The 2008 Ferrari FXX Evo, estimated at €4,500,000 to €5,500,000, is one of approximately 30 FXX examples built, presented in the rare Evoluzione specification delivering 860 hp. With one owner from new, it was refinished in black to match the consignor’s FXX K Evo and the black FXX presented to Michael Schumacher in September 2006.
A specially ordered 2021 Ferrari Monza SP1, finished in Rosso Chiaro over Cuoio Toscano, is offered from original ownership with an estimate of €2,500,000 to €3,000,000. Part of Ferrari’s Icona series introduced in 2018, the SP1 pays homage to the sports racers of the 1950s. Ordered new to match the consignor’s 1955 Monza 750, it showed just 215 km at the time of cataloguing and is accompanied by a Ferrari Classiche Yellow Book.
Also offered is a 2013 Ferrari 458 GTE, estimated at €1,200,000 to €1,450,000, one of only 52 examples built by Michelotto S.p.A. Chassis 2868 was delivered new to Team Taisan, was the 2013 ACO Asian Le Mans Series champion, and placed 8th in Class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2014. It has since received attention from Michelotto, DK Engineering, Pursuit Racing Ltd. and Stewart Roden Motors, and is supported by extensive documentation.
Rounding out the highlights is a Classiche-certified 1963 Ferrari 250 GT Lusso, estimated at €1,250,000 to €1,750,000. One of just 350 examples built, it is finished in its factory scheme of Blu Sera over Pelle Beige. Following restoration by Ferrari Classiche in 2017, it was exhibited at Ferrari’s 70th Anniversary celebration in Maranello that year.
