Art Deco Pieces & Jewels of Exceptional Provenance

In celebration of the 100th anniversary of the 1925 Paris Exposition des Arts Décoratifs, Phillips is proud to present a curated selection of Art Deco jewels, showcasing the craftsmanship that defines this influential artistic era. Among the highlights is a Cartier brooch from circa 1910, crafted by the esteemed Atelier of Henri Picq, a celebrated workshop of the Art Deco era known for creating exquisite pieces for major jewellery houses and a striking 1920s crystal and diamond brooch by Janesich. Further pieces of exceptional provenance include a pair of diamond earrings designed by Chaumet in 1934 for a prominent French noble family. These exquisite earrings, which have remained within the same family collection for generations, were originally part of the corbeille de mariage (wedding basket) of a noble bride in 1934.
