RM Sotheby’s is delighted to partner with the Concorso d’ Eleganza Japan 2025, held at the ancient city of Nara, a UNESCO World Heritage site · The event returns to the calendar for the first time since 2019, and is poised to draw an array of exceptional automobiles from the world’s leading collectors · Further information can be found at www.concorsodeleganza.jp and rmsothebys.com (London, United Kingdom, 16 January 2025) – RM Sotheby’s is delighted to announce its partnership with the Concorso d’ Eleganza Japan, serving as the event’s title sponsor when it returns to the calendar on 15-16 March 2025.

The Concorso d’ Eleganza Japan will be held at the spectacular and spiritually significant Yakushiji Temple, home of Hosso Buddhism and a crown jewel in the UNESCO World Heritage site city of Nara. This year’s event promises not only a truly remarkable selection of cars but a cultural experience unlike any other, with participants donning traditional dress, enjoying world-class dining and hospitality, and attending the much-anticipated Magic Hour—a rare opportunity for entrants to experience sunrise in the grounds of the Yakushiji Temple.

Aseven-day Tour d’ Eleganza will follow from 17-23 March that will see participants drive their historic vehicles to Kyoto, the foot of the Japanese Alps, and Mount Fuji, before finishing with three nights in Tokyo. Duccio Lopresto, Managing Director of Middle East and Africa, says: “We are so excited that RM Sotheby’s is supporting such a special event, and the Concorso d’ Eleganza Japan is set to be another unforgettable experience in 2025.

For RM Sotheby’s, it is a special opportunity for the business to continue to spread our wings in Japan, which is long established as one of the world’s most important collector car markets. RM Sotheby’s has a long tradition in supporting and curating events that help to underpin this incredible and passionate hobby.’’
