RM Sotheby’s has announced The Longhorn Collection, the first collection revealed for the company’s 28th annual Arizona auction, held at the Arizona Biltmore on 23 January 2026. The nine-car collection spans multiple eras of Ferrari road cars and is led by three standout examples, a 1995 Ferrari F50, a 2015 Ferrari La Ferrari, and a 2009 Ferrari Scuderia Spider 16M.
The 1995 Ferrari F50 is one of just 349 examples built to celebrate Ferrari’s 50th anniversary. Finished in its original Rosso Corsa over Nero with Rosso seat inserts, chassis 104064 shows 8,195 miles at cataloguing and has received extensive six-figure servicing by Ferrari of Newport Beach, including replacement of the fuel cell. Powered by a naturally aspirated 4.7-liter V-12 derived from Ferrari’s Formula 1 program, it produces 513 horsepower and is offered with original accessories including its hardtop and rare Tod’s Ferrari F50 driving shoes. It is estimated at $7,000,000 to $9,000,000.
The 2015 Ferrari La Ferrari pairs a naturally aspirated 6.3-liter V-12 with a Formula One-derived KERS electric motor for a combined 949 horsepower and sub-2.5-second 0 to 60 mph performance. Limited to 499 examples and built around a carbon fiber tub with active aerodynamics, chassis 211443 is finished in Rosso Corsa over Nero and Rosso and shows just 1,938 miles at cataloguing. It is estimated at $4,500,000 to $5,000,000.
The 2009 Ferrari Scuderia Spider 16M was created to celebrate Ferrari’s 16th Formula 1 Constructors’ Championship. Limited to 499 examples and derived from the F430 Scuderia, its naturally aspirated 4.3-liter V-8 produces 503 horsepower and delivers 0 to 60 mph in 3.8 seconds. Finished in Rosso Corsa with Italian tricolor livery over Nero with Rosso accents and showing 3,186 miles, it is estimated at $750,000 to $900,000.
With this collection, four of Ferrari’s six halo cars will be offered in Arizona, two of them from The Longhorn Collection. The collection also includes a 1977 Lamborghini Countach LP400 “ Periscopio” by Bertone, a 1989 Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary Edition by Bertone, a 2005 Ferrari Superamerica, a 1988 Ferrari 328 GTB, and a 2004 Ferrari 575M Maranello.
