Stefano Comotti has been appointed Internal Audit Director of PPR. He will report directly to François-Henri Pinault, Chairman and CEO of PPR. As the Group’s business is growing, especially outside of France, and regulations are being generally strengthened, requirements in terms of corporate governance are going higher. Stefano Comotti (42 years) has been Internal Audit Director of Gucci Group in Florence since August 2005. Having joined Ernst&Young in 1993, he held various auditing positions in Milan and New York.
